This budget planner was created in collaboration with my community - we can be very proud of it.
Why another budget planner, there are more than enough to choose from already?!
I myself have been budgeting for almost a year, in 09.22. I started in the middle of the month and tested myself to find the best layout of a planner for me.
After a year, I just don't feel like doing my monthly overview anymore, and the time I lose doing it is too valuable to me.
The following points were extremely important to me and unfortunately I haven't found a budget planner that meets these requirements:
- the budget planning should be on one page, next to a calendar so I have the complete 'plan' at a glance.
- Account overview and cash overview - we're talking about unplanned expenses here or when we take something out of the binder that we record it here again.
Now to the facts:
- DinA5, matt white paper, 160g
- 6 times perforated, inserts
- 12 months, unnamed, easy introduction
- 63 pages planner + 3 pages introduction
1. Cover page and introduction
2. every month has wonderful sayings that build you up and make you think.
3. Monthly overview and budget planning (double page)
- Month: calendar, goals, notes
- Budget planning: income, liabilities, fixed costs, sinking funds, savings goals, variable costs, total sum - withdraw
4. Weekly overview (double page, each with six categories, weekly financial statements and monthly financial statements in total)
5. Monthly overview and savings goals - here you can take stock of how your month went.
6. Sinking Funds (cover sheet + three pages, each with five tables for a perfect overview of all sinking funds)
Available separately: Account overview / cash overview, front and back, 6 pages each - 12 pages in total
ACCOUNT OVERVIEW: use this for online shopping, unplanned card payments
CASH OVERVIEW: unplanned purchases, e.g. for birthdays (from savings goals), emergency fund was used? Then write it down so that you can keep track of everything.
How is it used? Just the way you want it and it fits into your budget. Use it month to month or across months. Each and every one of us has a different budget and completely different income and expenses and these overviews should help you keep track of everything 😊
Since all of my print products are handmade, from designing to printing to cutting, I thank you for your understanding. There should be minimal differences in size.
I do my best to send every product in ideal condition, even I am only human =)
with Love
Christina
